Le Dac Thuan is a technology pioneer and strategic business leader who guides New Ocean Group’s vision and growth. As a Colombo Plan Scholar, he built a strong foundation in engineering before expanding his expertise to executive leadership.
With significant experience in telecommunications and online systems, Mr. Thuan has led groundbreaking initiatives in banking and financial platforms that transformed transaction processing and risk management. His early adoption of artificial intelligence has resulted in innovative solutions optimising operations across multiple industries.
As CEO, Company Director, and now Chairman, Mr. Thuan has successfully aligned technological innovation with business objectives. Under his leadership, New Ocean Group has grown to over 200 professionals delivering specialized IT solutions in outsourcing, manufacturing automation, and turnkey systems.

His expertise has led to successful implementations of computer vision in dairy, pharmacy, electronic manufacturing, and cleanroom environments for high-tech chip production. Under his leadership, New Ocean Manufacturing Automation continues to set new benchmarks in industrial automation, delivering cutting-edge technology to meet the demands of modern industries.
